Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Stick It!.

All products are custom made to order. Production time typically takes 2–4 business days depending on the product type, quantity, and order complexity.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping location and courier service. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days

Alexandria & Delta: 2–3 business days

Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and order size. Shipping fees will be confirmed with the customer before order confirmation.

Stick It! is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information including full address and phone number. Stick It! is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Since all products are custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
