If There’s an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send:

A photo of the product

A photo of the packaging
-
A short explanation of the issue
We will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
We offer replacements or refunds in case of:

Printing defects
-
Manufacturing defects
-
Damaged products
-
Incorrect items received
In most cases, you don’t need to return the item. We will review the issue and send a replacement if the problem is confirmed.
Custom Products (Important)
Because most of our products are custom made, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage.
Please make sure to review and approve your design carefully before confirming your order.
Once the design is approved, we print exactly as approved.
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products only, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The product is unused

In original packaging
-
In the same condition as received
Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
Shipping Issues
We work with shipping companies such as Aramex.
If there is a shipping issue, we will help you track your order and resolve the problem with the shipping company.
Please note that shipping delays are not eligible for refunds, but we will always help you follow up with the courier.
